Mr. Moorooven is a senior executive with an exceptional international experience in business development, origination in the commodity and utility industry. He began his career at ENGIE in 2003 as Energy Derivative Sales within the Group’s financially regulated trading arm. He then held various senior positions at Macquarie and Deutsche Bank, before returning to ENGIE in 2013. During his time at Macquarie Bank, Mr. Moorooven was instrumental in developing the bank’s energy markets division and making it a recognized and established player within the energy industry.
Rocketing to senior positions from a young age, Mr. Moorooven has an impressive track record of agile, cross-commodity international business development through organic growth and merger & acquisitions in Asia-Pacific, the Americas and Africa. In 2018, ENGIE Africa won the “International Company of the Year” award at the Africa CEO Forum Awards recognizing the company’s economic and social impact. Subsequently, in 2019, Mr. Moorooven was awarded the Rising Star Award at the S&P Global Platts: Global Energy Awards.

Most recently, Mr. Breen was Chief Executive Officer for Ostendio where he quickly raised funding to turbocharge Ostendio to become the MSP market leader for SAAS-based GRC platforms. As Chief Revenue Officer at Lumu, the team repositioned Lumu from an unknown Network Detection Product to becoming selected as the NAV leader in the Forrester Wave Report 2023 all the while increasing bookings 50% the first two quarters. At Nuspire his teams reshaped the entire services portfolio and built new high performing go-to-market and client success teams. These actions drove revenue growth from $28M to $52M within 3.5 years while building new customer beachhead segments within Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Business Services.
From 2002 to 2015, Mr. Breen was a key sales leader at SecureWorks (Nasdaq: SCWX) a Magic Quadrant leading global MSSP and SAAS provider, driving revenues from $1M to $300M and growing new client acquisition from 100 to over 3,500 clients resulting in an eventual $650M acquisition by Dell.
Mr. Breen began his career as the second employee and key leader for PointClear, where he scaled PointClear, an outsourced BDR service, driving rapid growth from 0 to $6M in revenues and growing headcount from 2 to 80 employees during a 30-month period.

Gary Samson is a retired partner of the Los Angeles office of McGuireWoods, LLP an international law firm serving the American and European business communities. Mr. Samson represented major national and select regional banks and national commercial lenders on sophisticated syndicated and non-syndicated asset-based, cash flow, investment grade, second lien and other commercial loans to businesses across a broad spectrum of industries.
Mr. Samson was a frequent guest lecturer including teaching multi-day courses on workouts and bankruptcy, and courses on asset-based lending for the Commercial Finance Association (now known as the Secured Finance Network). In recognition of his outstanding work, Mr.Samson has been named the Lawyer of the Year for Banking and Finance, Los Angeles-Century City by Best Lawyers in addition to acknowledgement through numerous other honors.
Additionally, Mr. Samson held leadership positions in a number of professional associations, including serving as President and Treasurer of the Financial Lawyers Conference of California, Chair of the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Chair of the Debtor-Creditor Committee of the California State Bar and served as a member of the Uniform Commercial Code Committee of the American Bar Association. Greg Gailius is a retired Transaction Services/Deals Practice Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), specializing in acquisition services provided to large financial and strategic buyers and private equity clients. He joined PwC in 1977 and provided a broad range of mergers and acquisition services including domestic and international transactions in Europe, Asia, Australia including buyside and sell-side advice, transaction structuring, post-merger integration, joint ventures, privatizations, and advisory services. He led numerous significant public and private debt offerings, as well as equity offerings including IPO’s.
Through his experience with PwC, Mr. Gailius was involved in over 50 acquisition transactions annually both domestically and internationally over the past 30 years ranging in size from $10 million to more than $20 billion in a wide variety of industries. He supported many clients in a variety of industries, including considerable experience advising clients with initial public offerings and other filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. During his career, he was the signing engagement partner on many of the companies that were acquired by his private equity clients which was considered rather unique in today’s regulatory environment. Additionally, among many responsibilities during his career, Mr. Gailius served as the Chairman of PwC’s US Firm’s Partner Admissions Committee for three years.

Previously, Mr. Franklin served as Vice President, Chief Information Officer with Charlotte-based Premier Healthcare Alliance (NASDAQ: PINC), a healthcare improvement organization providing the largest healthcare Group Purchasing Organization in America, responsible for over $60 billion in purchasing annually, along with Informatics capabilities to enable providers to reduce cost and improve outcomes. Mr. Franklin was specifically recruited to lead the turnaround of enterprise IT, accelerate the maturity of cybersecurity and lead the effort to migrate Premier’s enabling technologies to cloud-based services.
From 2007 to 2015, Mr. Franklin held several roles of increasing responsibility at Peak 10, Inc, a privately-held and co-location provider headquartered in Charlotte, NC with footprints in over a dozen tier-2 markets in the southeastern US. He was responsible for the delivery of services to customers across the mid-Atlantic region, partnering closely with sales to ensure successful contract launch, upsell opportunities and renewals. In the role of Vice President, Service Delivery, Mr. Franklin was accountable for all customer support activities and service implementation across all markets.

Dr. Kevin McKenzie is a seasoned senior executive with extensive experience in information technology/systems and a peer/industry recognized leader in information security. He currently serves as Vice-President for Information Technology and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of retailer Dollar Tree.
